PICME are primarily a business improvement organisation. We specialise in manufacturing company improvements, either through productivity in manufacturing or productivity in back office, laboratory or front of house. We are lean specialists and have a pedigree developed through delivery of significant improvement projects with both blue chip and sme size companies.

We deliver accredited training in BIT NVQ level 2,3,4. We coach company managers through change programmes and help to develop and embed the culture of continuous improvement. All our practitioners have practical business experience and deliver practical solutions. We specialise in TPM, and Lean delivery to improve bottom line benefits. We develop bespoke training packages to deal with change management and continuous improvement. Strategy development and workforce policy deployment are also activities that can be delivered by PICME.

We have developed benchmarking tools to help companies to identify their position relative to their peer groups in the same or other sectors.

We conduct waste surveys and resource efficiency studies to help companies to improve their efficiency.
