Develop-u is an award-winning, innovative training and business improvement consultancy with a reputation for delivering business solutions that make a tangible, sustainable difference to performance. We have worked with a variety of businesses across the UK in the manufacturing, process and service sector industries; from large, blue chip multinationals down to SMEs and small specialist operations. Our experienced team includes RITA accredited trainers and PAC analysts.

Our core business is centred on the delivery of onsite accredited training in Business Improvement Techniques (B-IT). We are also an accredited centre for training in Leadership and Management development (ILM) and Health and Safety (IOSH). Systems thinking, Lean business philosophies and sustainable behavioural change are at the centre of all our programmes.

The B-IT programme incorporates a wide range of modules which could include Contributing to Effective Team Working, Applying 5S of Workplace Organisation, Applying Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) Techniques, Process Flow Analysis and Problem Solving Techniques amongst others. We individualise our programmes to suit the particular needs of our clients to ensure that outcomes contribute to their strategic as well as developmental needs.

We enable management to engage and support their own teams in the learning journey. This contributes to the embedding and sustaining of behavioural change and cultural transformation. We deliver participative workshops facilitated by experienced continuous improvement specialists and enable work based learning through qualified Coach Assessors who support the learners in applying the knowledge, and techniques, as well as coaching them towards competency.
